General Rules

RULES ARE FOR PROTECTING YOU AND YOUR PROPERTY, THE PARK RESOURCES, FACILITIES, AND TO ELIMINATE INCONVENIENCE TO OTHER VISITORS. PLEASE FOLLOW THEM, THEY WILL BE ENFORCED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK OUR GUEST TO LEAVE IF THEY ARE BREAKING THE RULES.

Quiet time

Quiet time is 11pm-7am. Keep your music and TV's volume down so your neighbor does not have to listen to it, be courteous at all times. During Holiday Weekends/Park Cookouts quiet times will vary.

Alcohol

Alcohol is permitted on your site only. Must be 21 years or older to posses alcoholic beverages. No open display of alcohol throughout the park. Do not let your alcohol drinking parties out of hand or too loud.

NO Drugs or Weapons

No drugs, or weapons of any kind will be tolerated; this is a family oriented park. Any actions that lead to the law being called will not be tolerated; you will be asked to leave the property with NO refund.

Pets Rules

All pets must be on a leash at all times, accidental escapes are understandable but you are responsible for your pet's actions. Non-aggressive breeds ONLY! No outside pets or pet houses permitted. You must clean up your pet's solid waste, Do Not leave your pets poop on the grounds of this park. Upon request, you must show proof of vaccinations.

Trash

All Trash must be put in white or black bags and tied. Household trash only. No Food Lion/Wal-Mart bag due to ripping in the elements. Bags must be placed in provided trashcans on trailer and breakdown cardboard boxes.

Visitors

Visitors & extra cars must be registered, follow the rules, receive a car pass and leave by quiet time. After 2 hours, the attended car without a pass will be towed at the owner's expense.

Speed Limit

Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the campground. Please watch for children and pets. Three verbal warnings will be given for speeding the third time you will be asked to leave the property and not to return. Please inform your guest, you are responsible for your guest actions.

River Access

NEVER SWIM ALONE! NO Lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. The river is for everyone to enjoy so throughout this entire park all campers and guests are allowed to view and walk down to the river. I ask everyone to be considerate of others and their personal property at all times.

 

Camping Fees must be paid in advance of setting up on the site CASH only at check-in. Rent is based on two people per RV. Any more than two will be an additional charge of $5.00 per day per person. Families with children/grandchildren under the age of 16 years are excluded.

Rates are $42 per night, $225 per week and $450 per Month plus electricity. Your RV must be in the park nightly to receive the discounted rate no prorating. Box trailer storage under 20 feet is $30 a month, larger $50 a month.

WiFi Hi-speed, secured, 3MB, 3 devices allowed per password. One password per site.

All Facilities of Country Girl’s RV Park, including river, used by campers and guest are At Your Own Risk. No lifeguard on duty. NEVER SWIM ALONE!

No clotheslines only swimwear and towels please.

Children must be under parent or adult supervision at all times. Parents are responsible for their children understanding these rules. 12yrs. old & under must wear a helmet for riding bike. To operate golf cart you must be 16, a licensed driver, and must be insured.

We will not guarantee particular sites; we reserve the right to assign campsites. Do not move to another site without first checking with the office for approval.

Campfires are allowed at your site in rings supplied. Check with office for any burn bans. Firewood is Available at office.

Please leave all natural resources intact for others to enjoy; flowers, shrubs, trees, etc. Do not carry rocks away from campground.

One vehicle per lot, unless the lot will accommodates two. No more than two, the second vehicle is to be parked allow driveway in front of your RV.

Bathhouse is for residents and campers only. (No Smoking in the Bathhouse). Do not wash dishes, clothes, etc. in bathhouse. Please let us know if the bathhouse needs paper products or extra attention, help us keep it clean for you and other campers.

Laundry- Be sure to remove your clothes from the washer or dryer when done so that others can use the machines. Any clothes left will be removed. Do not wash large blankets, quilts, comforters, sleeping bags. Do not overload the washing machines, they are NOT large capacity. Do not place shoes in our dryers.

When cleaning fish, please put scrapings back into river. Do not throw on the ground or place in sewer.

No driving nails, cutting, chopping or bark peeling of trees, branches whether alive, or dead is allowed.

Country Girl’s RV Park reserves the right to revise the rules and regulations as needed without prior written notice.

Rules for Seasonal and Year-Round Campers

While the campground mows the main grass, each camper is responsible for the upkeep (weed eating, etc.) around their own camper.

We recommend you hard pipe your sewer, but doughnut connectors are required. Full-time campers must hard piped.

Not responsible for damages or injuries to persons, injuries to persons, campers, vehicles, or other personal property.

It is the policy of Country Girl’s RV Park that all guest carry Property and Liability Insurance.

No pressure washing of RV’s or cars without permission. We are on well water.

Steps no bigger than can fit in a truck bed fully assembled. 

No unsightly objects outside of camper. We have the right to ask you to remove anything that is not appropriate or contributes to junk.

All outside appliances must be pre-approved.

No tarps allowed during the season, only for repair, 10-day minimum. For the winter use brown, gray, or white tarps. No Blue tarps are allowed.

No structures can be built onto camper- steps/stoops are allowed no bigger than can fix in a truck bed. All your personal belongs should fit in one full size truck bed, anymore I will ask you to clean up.

Metal carports, deck roofs are allowed at your own expense, must match others in the park, do not begin building without our knowledge and approval. If and when you leave the park all added structures must remain, intact.

Any unsafe decks must be brought to our attention immediately to schedule repair.

The campsite is rented to the person(s) present at the time of rental. The owner must approve any person who intends to come later unless other arrangements are made at the time of rental.

RV’s For Sale must be removed from the Park. No For Sale Signs!

Fees required upfront for discount, if you choose to leave before that year is up it falls back to the monthly rate and you make owe additional rent. Your RV must be here 365 days for the yearly rate, unless for scheduled repairs. We must be notified, if you leave without notification you lose your site. No refunds. Absolutely No subleasing. 

Motorcycles/golf carts are allowed gas and electric, but we ask you to keep your site neat. Choose one to be on the site not both, other recreational vehicles store in trailers. Please do not overfill your site.

Management reserves the right to revise the rules and regulations as needed without prior written notice.
